“Everything was fantastic! The front desk person, Jackie, was fantastic! My sister and I ABSOLUTELY loved her. So helpful and cordial. Breakfast was awesome. The waitress was so helpful. The room was spectacular! Loved the beds. Super comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel on three separate occasions and always been extremely satisfied. ”

“The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The room we stayed doesn’t have microwaves. They helped us with microwaving our food during thanksgiving. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The site is obsolete and far from big towns, but it’s convenient for getting on the ski trails. They have ok internet access. The public pool and hot tub were really nice and cozy especially after day-long ski. The lobby is equipped with fire pits, board games and self service ice/hot water area. We spent a lot……

“这是我们整个行程住得最满意的酒店之一，我们住的是两卧室，房间很大，炊具是整个行程所有酒店中最齐全的，客厅的壁炉令客厅温暖舒服，客厅中的六人餐桌也是行程中所有酒店最大的桌子，我们可以很舒服地坐在一起吃饭聊天，最美的是客厅阳台外面就是五颜六色的秋色，美不胜收，令人心情舒畅。酒店离城镇超市也不远，唯一不便是没有电梯，要自己提着行李上楼，但酒店最高也只是4层，还可以接受。总体来说是非常满意的酒店。”

“大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。”
