“The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!”

“We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful.”

“There is a red-like exit in the room, and there is a sound that keeps ringing. It can be heard anywhere, including in the elevator, which really affects sleep. I have audio and video recordings to prove this sound, and I have also reported it to the hotel”

“1) 入住時給138號房，進房後裡面已有人住，因此再到櫃臺更換到141號房。 2) 進到141號房後發現有一瓶清潔液遺留在椅子上。 3) 網路訂房時選擇含雙人早餐已付清款項，但入住時櫃臺堅稱不含早餐，不知是否為Hotels.com的失誤！ 4) 141號房間外面有亮的路燈，但無窗簾可遮光。”

“After 3 years of Covid, first time ever return to this once favorite hotel in Ohare, quite disappointed, Wifi not working, I check-in on Wed. night, the first clean of my room only done on Friday afternoon, even the house-keeper had very rude attitude. No idea what happened, forced me to change my stay to other hotel next time. ”

“When we checked in everything was good until they told us that the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor and they compted us a larger room for the inconvenience.. Took everything up, room was large. Sat on the beds and there was a hard edge around the edge of the beds which made it hard to sit on but where we slept was great. 1 person took a shower in the morning. Had to have help shutting off the water. Shower was great. 3 of us used the toilet and it worked like a toilet……
