“This was our most favorite stay in China! From the gorgeous scenery in the park to the silly monkeys, this stay was a magical experience. Of course, the rooms are as beautiful as they appear on the site! But where this hotel really gets its charm is the staff! These are the most sincere and kind people we have ever met. They helped us book out entire trip activities (he did it for us while we saw the city)! He continuously checked in on us in WeChat, and they took great care to know us as……

“Inmejorable. Sin la ayuda de Michelle, el viaje no hubiera sido igual. Nos ha organizado dos excursiones durante nuestra estancia con coche privado y todo a la perfección. Hemos realizado 3 desayuno y 4 comidas en el propio hotel y todo estaba riquísimo. Sin duda, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Todo el personal de trabajo ha sido un encanto, se merecen lo mejor ”

“Despite having completed the reservation and payment, I was not allowed to enter the hotel due to being a foreigner. I have not yet received a refund.”

“Un accueil chaleureux et efficace. Une chambre confortable avec terrasse et vue sur les montagnes de Guilin. Petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons passé 5 nuits très agréables. Bus pour la ville (213) à 5 mn à pied. ”

“Chambres très propres, c'est un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir.bien placé, très attentif. C'est dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite avec un hôtel plein. Faut se battre pour avoir une place. La gestion n'est pas au point. Il faudra faire patienter les personnes au lieu de continuer à faire entrer des personnes quand il n'y a plus de place.”
