“I would not recommend this company or this apartment (The Penthouse) to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay after a day on the mountain. On arrival, the apartment was cold. The radiators were on but barely warm, and the overall temperature was uncomfortable. That evening, we contacted the host to explain that we were travelling with our 2-year-old child and that the apartment was too cold. We received no response. The next day, someone came to “check” the heating but said they were not……

“Both dinner and breakfast are excellent. Staff are very nice.”

“Waste lots of time to communicate with the apartment. Insist to pay tax in advance as there is no reception, otherwise I need to go to their Office far away. Do not tell us using coins to operate the washing machine in advance. I cannot use the washing machine as it needs to have 0.5coins x 9. Next day checked with the apartment, they asked me to have coin change in bank but I were already outside to have sight seeing. That absolutely make me feel worse for my travelling experience in Zell……

“The property is well furnished and looks quite new. The view is truthful if you do not look down at the building site just in front and the main road. There was water in the fridge, it was off when we arrived and hadn't been defrosted. There was a small wasp nest on the balcony that while not too worrying it didn't make for a comfortable sit outside!”

“Mkt bra läge med parkering. Enkel in och utcheckning. Välutrustat. Om du är väldigt känslig för ljud är det bra att veta om att man bor nära järnvägen. Den låter lite men vi vande oss fort. Enda negativa vi tyckte var att lamporna i badrum och dusch reglerades med rörelser och att man fick gå in och ur duschen för att se. Wifi skulle varit inlogg via vanlig router istället för webbsida. ”
