「1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! 「6 stars to the staff. We had a rental car issue at night on arrival and the staff helped us sort out a mechanic and everything. Very friendly and helpful! We loved the location and the room too. It was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for a base in Dolomites. 」

「The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.」

「We loved Villa Martha! Matteo was an amazing host and great chef. The junior suite was roomy and had incredible mountain and valley views and a nice balcony/deck The decor was iconic, fun and had a Tyrolian feel. It was a truly warm and welcoming, old style bed and breakfast inn. We could walk to the Col Reiser Gondola and went for one of the most beautiful hikes we’ve ever had up at the top of the gondola.
