“Everything was good ! Not the best we've been ! ”

“Stunning property, buildings and rooms. The beach is small and the sunbeds on the beach and by the pools are almost on top of each other. For that reason, although it’s a gorgeous property with incredible hospitality, I probably wouldn’t book here again. Unless, I was able to book Diamond. That area seemed to have more personal space.”

“This is absolutely one of the worst places to vacation in Antigua, after staying in many other resorts in Antigua, this is by far the worst. The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The food is the worst I have ever seen. We literally went out to dinner every night after the first night, even though it’s supposed to be an all inclusive. It was so bad. Their very limited dinner menu has mostly pork and if you want to eat lobster or steak it’s an extra charge. My wife ordered the steak and……

“We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. ”
