“The staff were cold, rude, and ignored my hellos or good mornings. The food was not very good anywhere except the steakhouse and carribbean restaurant. The app doesn’t work for booking reservations and because of that we couldn’t eat at a restaurant the first two nights. The atm was broken, they had no vegan burgers, all the allergens are mislabeled there which could be a nightmare. There was one water refill station on the whole resort and often amenities like smoothies, ice cream, and certain……

“This not a beach front property. There is a beach, which is more like a man made lake. There an awful smell and your not able to get in the water. It not useful certain time of the year.”

The entertainment was great, especially Monday and Thursday nights. Excursions were planned meticulously by Lauryn, and Kris……

“The beach access and view we're wonderful! The staff was helpful when we requested items. The room was clean, but the air upstairs only hit certain spots of the room. I would only suggest that the number of towels and wash cloths given match the number of guests staying in the room. We kept having to get washcloths because there were only 2 in the room with 4 guests.”

“We spent 2 nights at the Ocean Inn. The room was fairly small but had everything we needed incl a fridge. Huge, comfy bed, and very clean throughout. Good water pressure in the shower, beautiful grounds. Robert and his staff were super helpful and kind. We would def come back.”
