We had an amazing time at this resort from being welcomed by Gavin, who assisted us with our luggage as well as a tour of the property prior to getting us to our room. All the staff were very friendly everyone spoke in passing. The gym was incredible several different machines, barbell squat rack, free weights, stairmaster, purell wipes, freshwater, clean towels. They also had yoga option in the mornings. I did not get one mosquito bite the entire trip in which I thoroughly enjoyed. The ONLY slightly negative thing that I can say was the wait time for the food at the restaurants was a little extended, but still tasted good upon its arrival. special shout outs To Mrs. joycelyn who assisted in the cleanliness of our room day to day. Kevin, was a bellman who informed us of different activities happening on and off the resort. Miss Ernestine, who was our waitress in the dining hall, was very attentive. Miss Antoinette helped us book our dinner reservations for every night.
The one and only Chesley, such a great vibe, at the swim up bar, made us all different types of beverages, to ensure our satisfaction. He made my mother a specific birthday drink for her 60th that we celebrated, on the 16th. Lionel made sure to keep the drinks coming. Maliki kept us active with the activities by the pool and got my mother to do the water aerobics, they had available daily at 11:30. St. Patrick’s Day they had beautiful decor, balloon arches, scavenger hunt & passed out fun accessories.
