“The property was under renovation which was not disclosed. I was unaware of third floor stairs, the power outlets in master bathroom went out. It was near the beach and the place was nice with exception of above issues. May book again on bottom floor”

“All good”

“Prime location, comfortable, all you need for cooking & coffee and even has kid friendly dishes. We’d stay there again no question. Being on the beach and pool is a major perk!”

“I'd rather not...it's hard enough already for us to be able to book when we want ;) we love this place xxxooo”

“ Our Easter weekend at Flip Flops and Pop Tops in Port Aransas was a mix of highs and lows. Finding the condo was a nightmare. It’s in the Beachside complex, but this wasn’t mentioned in our booking. Clearer directions would’ve helped. Parking was another issue. The designated spots were tiny, and with Easter crowds, the lot was packed with cars and golf carts, making it tough to park. The condo itself was a highlight. The two-story unit has a spacious living and dining area, decorated with a……

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND. GIANT COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, BROKEN FURNITURE, DIRTY SHOWER/TUB. SHOWER HEAD SO CLOGGED UP WITH HARD WATER IT SPRAYS EVERYWHERE EXCEPT WHERE YOU NEED IT. NO WATER PRESSURE. BEEPING SMOKE ALARM DUE TO DEAD BATTERY, MISSING SMOKE ALARMS, STAINED AND MOLDED WELCOME BAG ON TABLE WHEN WE ARRIVED. HAIR ALL OVER THE FLOORS LEFT FROM POOR HOUSEKEEPING. BAR CHAIR IS BROKEN, TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN, PLUG IN AIR FRESHNER WAS EMPTY AND DRIED UP AND THE PLACE DID HAVE A WEIRD ODOR.……

“Perfect property! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back to rent from any of the Silver Sands properties. ”

“We stayed gere for a mini vacation, and at first the house was worth every penny, then when you get comfortable that when you notice things, giving the kids a shower there was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtian its been there for awhile, the door knob on the balcony was broken we couldnt even go out the door.. it vondo was extrememly hot down stairs while the upstairs was freezing.”

“clean, location ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! The kitchen is nice and has most items needed for a simple meal. A larger cutting board, foil……

“Excellent experience. There was minimal water pressure in the sinks for some reason but the shower was great. Other than that, beautiful property, great secluded location. Highly recommend!”
