“Everything was great just the ballet seemed a little overwhelmed and not so friendly during the time. But they were short handed other than that it was great.”

“The pool and water slides were excellent! Lifeguards are on duty during swimming hours. The rooms were clean. My only complaint would be room service was extremely slow and after asking for clean towels four hours prior we never received them. ”

“Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens……
