“We enjoyed it”

“The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.”

“My first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. The tub drain is also acting up, and the closet handle is a bit shaky. Thank you so much for listening and for being such an amazing manager Mary. Believe you me, if……

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”
