“This was our second stay here and it was as wonderful as the first. The staff is very helpful and on top of things. The rooms are clean and comfortable, while the beds are just right for a good night's sleep. The walls are thick and we didn't hear any neighbors at all. There are several pillows of different types on the beds so you are pretty sure to find one that will suit your needs. “We return to Tucson from UK often and have stayed in most of the large resorts but this turned out to be, by far, our favourite It was reasonably quiet being out of the busy season, but perfect for us. “What a beautiful hotel! Everything is new with crisp, clean design. Staff were very friendly at both check-in and in the restaurant and bar. We got a very nice upgrade to a large suite with deep bathtub and huge shower! We ate dinner at their restaurant and the scallops and halibut were excellent! We walked downtown a bit and found a nice bourbon bar, Batch, just a few blocks away. Parking is easy underground, although they do charge for that service. We would definitely go back!”
