「Desk person sent me to the far side of the building to park and the whole back half of the lot was closed. The walk wasn’t too far but the issue annoyed me to be directed to go back there when the lot was closed off. I arrived very late and felt bad for making noise and multiple trips through the hallways. Also, couldn’t find a desk person to check out this morning. Another customer rang the bell multiple times and complained about not getting help.」
