“The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. ……

“this was a whole house rental. We stayed for a month in order to escape the cold and snow of the Midwest. The home was complete with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, garage, laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Since we had three adults in our party, it was nice to have two full bathrooms.
Check in went well. The host was helpful and attentive. She even sent an associate to help us set up the television for streaming. We enjoyed being able to sit in the private space in the backyard. The……
