「We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This place needs a major update, dirty carpets, torn up draperies, dirty cushions and no shade in the pool area. No housekeeping services for the entire stay. No ice machines. 10 year old single serve Keuring coffee maker. No in room safe. 」

「Beautiful property, spacious rooms, fantastic staff. We had a wonderful time! The food and drinks, while good are very pricey. There is a refrigerator in your room so you could bring some water and snacks with. The spa was absolutely wonderful. We had a great visit and would recommend to others. 」

「This property was undergoing renovations and were told by corporate not to alert potential customers of this inconvenience. The staff put me in a newly renovated room to their delight, however the room looked like a grad schooler did the remodel. 6:30 am the mariachi band started playing, which was lovely. My room was so poorly remodeled that I informed the front desk and showed them pictures of everything wrong. Housekeeping even took my used coffee pods and placed them back upside down, hoping...
