「Everything about my experience was lovely. Very short stay for a conference, solo traveler. Beautiful views, comfortable and clean, pool was lovely for an early swim and staff were super helpful.」

「The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!」

「AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We paid for a suite, but our room wasn’t ready while our second room was. We were offered a “special” room without the living room area included in the suite we paid for. Once inside, we discovered there was no mini fridge, no ice bucket for the Arizona heat, and no hot running water. We were never told we shared a common entry area with another room. Trying to be safe, we locked the entry door, not realizing it prevented our neighbors from entering. They repeatedly pounded...

「Property is beautiful with secluded sitting areas with water fountains and shade. Fitness center was a little small and divided into two areas. Chilled pool was really nice because of the extreme heat!」
