“Excellent location.
My only criticism is the property is aging and needs updating. Room furniture cabinets are very old. The slot machine chairs are very worn and should be replaced with new ones.”

“The staff wasn't very helpful. I asked a manager to call me about a payment issue, but I never heard back. When I asked the man at the front desk to explain some of the charges, he made me feel like I was annoying him. The breakfast, pool, and spa were amazing, and the staff there was outstanding. Only the check-in and check-out staff were unwelcoming.”
