"I wish they had a shelf in the walk-in showers to support larger than travel size bottles on. Also, floors could be cleaned better. Always had black socks or black feet from walking on them. Other than that, we had an excellent stay! Neither issue was a show stopper for us. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed only one night as we got into Phoenix late. Room was clean and had everything we needed. You can hear street traffic, FYI. Breakfast and coffee was provided with a pretty good spread. The later you arrive the less fresh things will be, but you can still find something to eat, which was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. "

"They could only find a reservation for 1 room. My friend paid for the 2nd room we needed and I spoke with the front desk to ge sure I would not be charged for 2 rooms. I thought everything was taken care of but I have now been charged for 2 rooms and the hotel cannot seem to find any reservation for me. This has been a nightmare"
