「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「It was just ok. I like that you have your own kitchen and separate bedrooms but the pools definitely could've been better maintained. The water was a bit murky and they should definitely update their pool chairs. Bring your own pillow because theirs are awful.」

「The front desk staff was rarely at the front desk. The concierge desk usually had someone but they were not really able to help with anything. The pool had bugs and even a cockroach one day…the maintenance staff was the best part about this place. They were so kind as you saw them around the facility and remembered us greeting us every day. 「Travelled with my family 3 adults 1 kid, we had plenty of room, spacious ! Host provides lots of things to have while ok your trip. Felt very safe, not a loud area, definitely would book again! Everything was nearby, close to all the near cities and a fun time」
