“We enjoyed our stay. Disappointed the splash area slide was broken and closed with caution tape but enjoyed all the other amenities.”

“It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion.”

“Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness……

“The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or……

“Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.”

“All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless”

“Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. ”

“The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. “We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.”
