"For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks. The staff are very friendly taking into consideration the amount of people and personalities that come through. My only advice is the hotel needs to be renovated and be brought to more modern standards such as charging ports higher toilet seats and just plain updating it’s a great place to be. It’s a nice hotel but it could be nicer."

"Check in was easy and the communication with the host company was excellent. The house was as described, with plenty of room for the 5 of us on a girls trip. The pool was perfect and we loved having ping pong/pool table for a fun activity at night. My suggestion to the owners would be to get a new cleaning company. At first look, everything was fine. But as the stay continued, we starting noticing cleanliness issues-water marks on the nightstands that hadn't been wiped down, same for the living room table. Hair coating the wall on one of the upstairs bathrooms (yuk!), dirty utensils, etc. Not a deal breaker, but they need to have someone else cleaning between guests.We loved the location, so easy to get on/off the highway with plenty of food and grocery stores nearby. Would we stay again? Maybe-if the guaranteed cleanliness as part of the agreement."
