“We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.”

“The hotel was good - convenient location for golfers. Food and service at the restaurant were great. Hotel & restaurant staff friendly & professional. Only complaint paid extra for a room with a patio - not worth it. Views if a construction site & eye level with the adjacent street. Terrible design. ”

“This was the perfect place for our extended family vacation with 2-6 year olds. Conveniently located just 10-30 miles to excellent short hikes, retail and restaurants. And the resort offered a variety of pools ( with pool toys), and an activity room with a variety of games and craft projects. Condos were spacious with a full kitchen, lots of living room and dining room seating, and a bathroom connected to every bedroom. We had two suites side by side to accommodate our multi-family gathering.……

“Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness……

“The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or……

“Where do I even begin - rooms are very clean with so many amenities! Pool and snack bar was wonderful - pool is clean, hot tub could probably fit 40 people in it - biggest one I’ve seen! Highly recommend this place! ”

“Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.”

“All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless”

Staff members are courteous and genuinely kind. Room decor is modern and cozy, excellent as a first timer to visit Scottsdale.”
