“This was the most beautiful, clean, luxurious experience I have had at a resort. Me and my family were very impressed with how beautiful & clean the property was. We loved the amenities it had to offer, the outdoor areas, and water slides. We literally enjoyed the resort so much we had no reason to leave except for exploring the area. We had not one single complaint. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again. This place is a gem that we want to keep a secret. ”

When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated.
