“Comfortable bed and nice room. Had an issue with hot water in my room. They ended up moving me to a new room, which I greatly appreciated.”

“客房內無水可飲用，需要多次提醒才提供。 房客沒有再預計時間4:30pm在一樓集合，因為客人是單獨出差，所以擔心在房內暈倒或發生意外，拜託櫃檯值班人員打給房客，但櫃檯人員拒絕內線聯絡客人，理由是會吵到隔壁房間。 溝通許久決定要叫警察來處理櫃檯人員的拒絕態度時，櫃檯態度非常惡劣，快到５點旅館經理才出現幫忙上樓敲門找到房客。”

“generally we enjoyed our stay here n the room was clean n tidy. we tried to hv food inside the room n found that no spoons were provided n called the front desk, the staff was so efficient to deliver it to us. i would like to recommend this hotel.”

“Great place! We loved it so much. There is such a great view from the living room of the Seattle skyline. We have visited Seattle many times but never been to this part of town. It was nice to be close and see so many new things. The TV room was great and the whole family hung out and played games in there. We definitely recommend and were sad to leave. ”

“We stayed here because we were in Ballard for a concert. The music venue and several places we visited (2 breweries and a restaurant) were only a 1 mile walk away. I think the only tricky thing was the street parking. We had to circle a bit to find a spot. Luckily we didn't have much luggage with us. Comfy beds, and coffee was provided.”

“What a charming inn on some of the most spectacular private coastline in the Pacific Northwest. We loved our spot, feet up on our own private balcony watching Blue Heron, Bald Eages, etc. and boats going by, wandering down the path to the pebble beach below, picking blackberries... Idyllic. Our innkeeper, Charlene was so accommodating, SO hardworking. She was constantly cleaning, prepping, on the go, and yet took all the time in the world to chat with us about the Inn, local attractions,……
