“Bathroom was a bit filthy but good area valet is great, pool area has entirely too many rules other then that they charged me for 2 buffet charged me 60 for only one plate which my wife and I sat down to eat but only I ate so it should of only been a charge for 1. Convenient a lot of places surrounding the area”

“Although the rooms were not as sound proof as I would have liked, I can't think of anything else that was a problem. The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay. ”

“Two women traveling. Felt safe the entire time even though the hotel is smack dab in the middle of the city. We could see the Panthers stadium from our hotel window. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Beautiful hotel and excellent location in SouthPark. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Checking early wasn’t an option and I showed up 3 hours early. Check in time isn’t until 4:00. I did get to check in around 3:30. So, just keep in mind to not show up too early. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful common areas-courtyard, pool with waterfalls… lots of elevators located around the premises. My one bedroom suite has a full kitchen tucked away-with full size refrigerator. Spacious……

“The breakfast at this place is amazing, You have to pay but if you get the breakfast vouchers it covers a bit of your meal, but the food is so good it was worth. I can be a stickler for having to pay for things, especially hotel food. But man oh man this breakfast was top notch. Super friendly staff always the most important after a clean hotel room, which is definitely was”
