“Very Clean and quiet - nice room and bathroom - it was pretty perfect for the price point. Elevators were a little slow and backed up occasionally - but that is my only (very minor) complaint to a nice stay. ”

“The air conditioner is so noisy. I changed the room 3 times, each of them has problems, hair dryer is broken, one of the bed is sinking, desktop is not working…. So tired to stay with this hotel”

“The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that they charged the stay on the credit card I had used to secure the booking, rather than the card I had……

“Our stay was amazing and we felt pampered everywhere with the exception of the valet services. The text message option was not working properly for 2 days and we waited 20 minutes for our car when there were no other cars waiting for valet service. The staff were completely unaware and not attentive which was a contrast to the rest of the hotel staff. ”

“Always 5 star service and accommodations! The grounds are fabulous, high-end but relaxed! We will continue to stay yearly for our event with the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame!”

“The hotel is very nice, I enjoyed the large t.v, the comfortable beds and the full size toiletries in the bathroom. All of the employees were very friendly also! But I wasnt impressed with the breakfast, especially for the price. And the coffee was pretty bad. Even the starbucks coffee in the lobby wasnt good, it tasted old. ”

“Not much directly around the hotel but very convenient to get to and from the major roads nearby. Paid for breakfast ahead of time but still received an $8 bill at the table. When asked about why we had to pay $8 they said it was not going to be charged to us but it was just how they accounted for the meal. Very confusing to my party and others as well. So far, haven’t been charged. They should find another way to ‘account for’ the meals. ”
