“The decor in our room was not what you would expect from a large hotel chain. The room was very comfy, and felt more like visiting a friend or relative's home. It was quiet, and all the staff was very helpful.”

“There were vinyl floors in the whole bedroom. They were dirty and grainy and you could tell they weren't cleaned very well. It was a very odd feeling to wake up and put my feet down onto that. There was a very loud train that ran right off the back of the property that blared the horn all night long. The worst part was that our air conditioner was not working in the room but the hotel was completely booked so my sister and I got to share a box fan for the evening. The room was a humid 75……
