“Good”

“The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.”

“While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I……

“Perfectly easy stay. Nothing particularly special about it. Food options were very mediocre.”

“I appreciate the spaciousness of the room but the rooms could use an upgrade. The furniture is dated and there was a stale smell to both rooms we were in. Nice place if you are more concerned with space over luxury”

“As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber.……

“Another great stay. We had one day only with issues with Room service, but the manager was very professional and resolved it right away. We will return!”

“The host was quick to respond when we asked for things or had questions. The pull-out couch was not comfortable but they provided an air mattress as a replacement. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was very affordable with great restaurants within walking distance.”
