“The owner spoke very poor barely understandable. English. The morning I was to leave I found a multi legged bug in th bathtub. I also found a woman's long dark brown hair on the toilet. I video the bathroom then walked to the tub and videotaped the bug. After filming I then walked to the front office told him that the motel had bugs. He walked to my hotel room and saw the good size bug. I demanded my money back telling him I would call the Indiana Department of Health. He refused to refund my……
