「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「Great place」

「Very small, overpriced accommodations. Its like a kingsized bed was placed in a closet to justify the room rate. Little to no options for convenient parking. Beware, the valet parking is costly because of it. Hotel location is downtown, very noisy late at night. If I can help it, I won't stay there again.」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
