「The staff is welcoming and efficient. Since this is a historic hotel, the rooms are small but newly renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Two items I must ding them on—the phone did not work so unable to call front desk; there was no shampoo in the shower.」

「Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
