"Good hotel "

"Great hotel."

"The hotel is run down, it looks old and not maintained well. Our room had dirt in the ceiling."

"The property is well maintained but swimming pool facility is lack of safety standards because there is no life guard on duty and no towel provided for the hotel residents. "

"Did not check in after viewing the rooms x 2 as they are definitely not the same as listed on Expedia or they other listing agents."

"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"Ran out of cash and hotel has no currency exchange outlet quite disappointing and could not buy a lot of things for gifts back home."
