Obsługa na recepcji od pierwszej minuty była bardzo pomocna, uśmiechnięta i profesjonalna – każdy szczegół dopracowany na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania przepyszne – ogromny wybór, świeże produkty i coś dla każdego. Atmosfera w hotelu naprawdę sprawia, że chce się wracać. Na pewno z wielką chęcią ponownie odwiedzę ten hotel przy kolejnej wizycie w Gdańsku. Polecam z całego serca! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "

"Puro is my go-to brand in Poland, and this is my second time staying at this location in Gdansk in the last three months. Puro is always consistent in quality, comfort and convenience. Friendly staff managed to get me into my room early, after an early morning flight arrival, which I really appreciated!! The breakfast is outstanding! Very well located, walking distance to the old town and Christmas Market. Highly recommend this hotel. Taxi’s will need to drop passengers about 100 metres away as the entry is on a pedestrian street - no difficulty finding the place. Lots of dining options in the area. Will definitely stay here again. "
