“Nice ”

“The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower pipe, water spill all over the place like you are playing a water gun in swimming pool. I used to check-in late in the night, and I don't want to wait another hour for someone to fix it, or a change……

“Walking distance to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and big. However, no slippers provided in room and need to collect from reception ourselves. The design of The Circle is a bit strange. You have to go through 3 different levels by lift before you can reach the lobby. Quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggages. ”

“Front desk, restaurant, house keeping, etc everyone is very nice and attentive. Thank you for the effort, I have a pleasant stay!”

“Stops are quite close to the hotel, few stops to the airport and the other way direct to the city centre. Quite convenient ”

“Lady at restaurant (breakfast) was rude, not qualified for service industry. Although the guy at front desk while check-in was smiling, it was quite obvious that he was not willing to stay there. Apart from the above, hotel itself was good and it's 5 minutes away from the airport. Good value to stay.”

“有公車站。雖離中央車站大約13站且中途得轉車。但也因為這樣使得環境清幽及安靜許多。房間明亮度、整潔度等和奧地利H+都很像。每天都會整理。就是房間小了些。這次入住有2人份的最大尺寸的行李箱就放不下。若2個同時打開通道都站滿了。所以拿完備品後隨時關上行李箱好維持空間流暢。CP值高。會再住任何國家的H+”

“Clean and good breakfast ”

“Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room which was fabulous. Lots of space, and a little balcony. I read some negative reviews about the air conditioning, but the temperature was perfect for us (in May). Great breakfast. The only downside was the coffee wasn't great, but we are coffee snobs!!”
