“酒店面对海湾，景色很美。隔壁的餐厅味道也不错，就是早餐比较简单，而且每天一样。”

“Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again”

“Perfect :service and room”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“Dette hotellet kan jeg anbefale på det sterkeste. Fantastisk personale. Hjelpsomme og veldig hyggelige. Føltes som du var hjertelig velkommen. Hotellet er stilig med litt odd innredning. Brukbare senger og bra dusj. Rent både på rommene og ved bassenget og i felles rom. Frokosten kunne vært bedre da du kokte eggene dine selv og litt lite pålegg. Bra frukt og hjemmelaget juce. God kaffe. Bodde her i 3 dager. Hotellet ligger nær sentrum i rolige omgivelser. ”

“Second time staying here and that is for this reason, this place is great, best hotel in the region, a bit off the main drag in a good way, steps from beach, restaurants, grocery store, cafe etc. the staff is amazing the breakfast is actually pretty decent by Italian standards. I love the region and I love this hotel! Shout out to Nadir great employee always helpful’ ”
