「The staff was very nice, the area and room was clean and neat and it was nice and quiet. The Gate City sports grill was really slow and short staffed so we couldn’t dine there before our show but hopefully we can try it next time. Overall we had a nice experience」

「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

Extremely pleasant and hospitable staff who seem to genuinely care, and most all have infectious smiles. Their eagerness to please is refreshing and comforting.
