“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“Great hotel within easy access of all the main attractions but thankfully far enough away that it was very quiet for relaxing. Also have great options for food and drinks on site if you’re too tired to venture out (as there are lots of other places to try too). We had booked this for the fact it had a pool and unfortunately we arrived to discover that the pool was out of action due to some updates..😔. The hotel didn't charge the resort fee due to this but still a little disappointing given the……

“Very clean, friendly staff and accessible to my needs”

“The location is in the city center, easy to go anywhere. But if you drive by yourself, it is inconvenient to park, and the cleanliness of the room is average. When we first arrived, the bathroom was very smelly, and there was no exhaust fan to dispel the smell.”

“Super nice hotel and awesome rooms with excellent bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Safe elevators and access with key cards needed to get in most common areas. Nice gym and indoor pool areas. On site bar and restaurant are very good and accommodating. Super front desk and valet. Second stay here and will stay again! ”

“First time staying at the InterContinenal, and I loved it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable mattresses, housekeeping is good about coming every day and cleaning. The dining at the hotel isn’t anything spectacular, but it’s nice (and, c’mon, it’s New Orleans; just go out unless the weather’s bad). Overall a good experience and will be back.”
