“staffs were nice and helpful. But the hotel itself was old, bedding was clean but too small couldn’t fit the king size bed. The room has very poor soundproofing, and noises from the hallway can be clearly heard. The facilities are outdated and do not justify the $400+ per night rate.”

“I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. “Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner).”

The microwave door had to be slammed to close. The ceiling fans have a 1 hope max timer, in an apartment without air conditioning. The floor fan quite working in the middle of the night.
