“I booked a king-size room with a balcony and breakfast included through Expedia. The hotel gave me the room I booked, but the room was not functional. The air conditioning was not working, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Around two o’clock in the morning, I woke up sweating because the room was extremely hot. I called the front desk because I could not sleep in a room with no working air conditioning. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they offered to move me to a downgraded room……
