“Loved this hotel. We had a rough first night because of the front desk staff ( VICTORIA) smh. She was terrible and super rude. After speaking to the supervisor the next morning everything went much better. Marquis was so cool and nice and Saleema was the best! She showed us where to go for fun and gave us plenty of ideas to make the best of our weekend. She was so sweet. I would definitely stay there again as long as Victoria isn’t working. ”

“Not sure why Eco-friendliness trendy question is on this survey. But its a great hotel, quiet, clean, nice rooms, and comfortable. Could careless about whether they are eco friendly, what ever that means in terms of what is going on behind the scenes. Does that mean they expect a hotel not to waste plastic and stop providing bottled water?”

“Excellent hotel. Thought parking fee was ridiculous ”

“It was a bit strange to have to check in on the 5th floor but I think it's because the first few floors are used for valet parking. There is no street parking near the hotel so you pretty much relied on their valet parking. Location is a bit outside the busy areas but not really too far. I just used LYFT and the tour buses to get around.”
