“Bathroom conditions had an issue, water pressure to low and shower cubic too small. Towels’ quality is super , good location for attending events at convention center”

“Hotel staff were extremely friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. The room was very clean. The only negative, is the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.”

“We enjoyed the comfortable hotel room and very nice staff. One main thing we were looking for was an onsite restaurant/bar, and that didn’t pan out. There was no restaurant, and the bar served drinks in the lobby. Nice, but not much seating and very noisy. (This may have been impacted by rain since the outdoor seating area wasn’t available.)”

“We stayed in the corner king suite with an adjoining double room. We brought our dogs and had 3 adults. We had plenty of room obviously with 2 rooms, we opened the adjoining doors and made one huge area. If we only had 2 adults and dogs the king suit would have been plenty. Loved the corner room, we would definitely do this choice again. Great views. Our rooms were clean and up to date. All clean bedding and bath towels. We did not park in the side parking lot that everyone complains……

“First off this hotel was very confusing! The parking garage wasn't well marked, doors were locked going from the garage to the hotel on the 2nd level, we had to walk around the whole building to get to the hotel. The hotel its self was dark, dingy feeling. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The widows were all dirty or hazed over so much so that we couldn't see out well. The toilet above our room was leaking, making our room stink. The maintenance staff was super friendly and got our room……

“Very large, fancy and tidy room. Poor elevator and a lot of people hang out in the lobby without wearing face mask.”

“The room itself was clean. The front desk staff was professional. Didn’t see any other hotel employees except the valet, which we didn’t use. If you choose to self park in the basement parking garage, you enter the hotel through a semi creepy, semi abandoned, mall. The entrance to the hotel from the mall is unmarked. You have to guess which door to go through. There was an open door to the freight elevator on the floor my room was on and there was a heavily stained mattress leaning against the……

“Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay.”
