「Needed a place to stay after a late flight into Tirana airport, and this fit the bill perfectly. Can see it from the airport exit, late check-in available and the room was spotless. We arrived late for breakfast the following morning as they were closing up, but what was available was enough to fuel us for a drive to the coast.」

「La struttura che era da me prenotata, non risponde al telefono indicato, ho dovuto cercare il loro numero di telefono su internet. Alle telefonate non rispondo, ai messaggi tramite wa rispondo molto raramente, non parlano italiano ( però è indicato che è una delle lingue del hotel) , non si presentano ai messaggi, quindi non sapevo con chi comunicavo. Pessimo, ho dovuto prenotare un altro hotel perché si sono rifiutati di fare il check in! Avevo prenotato per 2 notti e io come consumatore ho...
