“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it, especially for families. From the very first night, we felt misled. Due to our delayed flight, we arrived late and were told that the rooms we had originally booked had been given to other guests. We were promised our correct rooms the following morning, but after repeatedly asking for three days, nothing was resolved. Instead, we were offered alternative rooms and told we had to pay an additional……

“This hotel is everything you can imagine. It’s beautiful, well maintained & in the perfect location. However, the staff is the best part of the property. I felt welcomed & well taken care of the minute I walked in the doors. I would come back to tangier just to stay in this hotel again.”

“Great location. Easy walk to the marina and local shops and restaurants.”

“the only reason to choose this hotel is that it’s near to the ferry port on the beach, have a nice view to the ocean, otherwise I’m sure you can have some other better choices with this price, for one night more than 100€, I got: 1. The reception and garage guys are quite nice and helpful; 2. Only one drinking water in the room for two person and one teeth brush; 3. The mattress was too soft for the back, the second day we got back pain; 4. In the morning the breakfast didn’t start on time and……

“Great hotel. Great restaurant.”

“The property is very clean, spacious and the staff very friendly. There is a caffè /restaurant and a mini market in the building. A car is needed to get to the city centre. ”

“We had a very disturbing and uncomfortable experience during our stay. At around 1:00 AM, while my family and I were in the bedroom preparing to sleep, I suddenly opened the window and was shocked to find an elderly man standing outside, apparently looking through our bedroom window and listening to us. We were extremely frightened and felt that our privacy had been seriously violated. When he realized that I had seen him, he pretended that he was simply pouring water on the grass. I……

“Beautiful place super clean”

“The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was served at a coffee shop near the hotel.”
