“Esthetically a cute place. The staff s very friendly at reception and at the restaurant. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The layout of the place is disappointing though, the restaurant and pool are at the front of the resort so you totally miss the ocean view and breeze if you stay there. The beach area is not very well maintained and there is no food service there. I ended up paying to use the pool next door because it was designed well. They……

“La chambre avec vue sur mer était extraordinaire, les plages magnifiques. L’hôtel est un tout-compris avec buffet. Une grosse partie de la clientèle provient de Russie. Si vous n’avez pas payé pour un tout-compris, et êtes un pauvre petit Québécois, vous sentirez étranger en ces lieux. Les activités sont bilingues, vietnamiens et russes. Je me suis fait plusieurs fois apostropher, car ne portant pas le bracelet, je devais prouver mon appartenance au lieu. Le menu à la carte auquel j’avais……

“The facility is huge and impersonal. Many of the facilities were not open or unfinished. One night after we were in bed there was a hammering on our door and, honestly, a dozen police were there demanding to see our passports with no explanation why, as none spoke English. The beach is littered with plastic. Our deluxe room had no chair only a beanbag and there was no safe or option to store valuables. ”
