“We stayed at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from check-in onward. We reserved and paid for a queen suite with a jetted bathtub through Expedia, based on the photos and amenities listed online. However, when we arrived, the room we were initially provided was completely different from what we had booked. The room was not even numbered clearly, which added to the confusion, and at first we genuinely thought we had entered the wrong room. When……

“Our second visit and this time we brought our Australian friends for our stay. Immaculately clean unit. We had two minor issues which were immediately addressed by the staff. Very relaxing four days topped off by a delicious dinner at the resort’s Lagoon Restaurant.”

“We stayed 3 nights in May. The property is located directly on the ocean and you have access to a private dock with chairs to go sit and relax while watching wildlife. We did get the chance to see some orca whales in the distance and some sea lions. The property could be wonderful if it was well maintained. It shows it's age. Our room was clean, but the carpet was stained everywhere and was now grey and black in some areas instead of beige. The mattress, while comfortable, is sagging and shows……
