“Courteous staff, they were able to provide me with an early check in which was a much appreciated. ”

“Location was great. Layout was a little different with lobby on second floor. Doorman were great, when they wanted to be. They picked and chose who to greet and open doors for and when. I also didn’t find there were very many amenities in the building if any that we were made aware of. Definitely don’t think this hotel is family friendly if that’s what you’re looking for. Nights tend to be more catered to the bar / restaurant / nightlife scene. Overall it was good for what we wanted out of our……

“It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!”

“周围吃饭的地方比较多，外部环境一般，房间内还可以，毕竟在纽约，寸土寸金。前台服务态度很好。”

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“Did not expect we stayed at 5F and the bar downstairs played music till 2 o’clock. Limited space, unrealistic and useless designs. May fit for people who likes night-life style. Not recommend for family and business trip. ”

“We have stayed here many times and we always enjoy it here. The hotel is located in a very central area. It is close to 5th AVe, Central Park and Times Square. All walkable. Close to subway stops too.”

“颶風過境造成班機取消在紐約多住一晚，選擇的是兩人房型，價格稍貴CP值不如三人房型，但是服務和居住品質還是很好的。 美中不足：代叫taxi司機是個非常差勁的印度人，一路上一直講電話並且大聲吵架，到機場付費不但不讓刷卡，付現金時明明含小費共計80美元，硬是少找5美元，壞透了！酒店不應該再幫客人安排這樣的taxi!”
