Unfortunately our cabin had a moldy shower curtain, food crumbs in a dishcloth pulled from a basket, 3 long black hairs in sheets on bed and hair all over baseboards in bathroom. The morning we were to depart. a pair of underwear was found on the shelf where we grabbed bedding to replace the hairy sheets from. Requested a discount from the owner perhaps the fee paid to the cleaners that didn’t clean before we came and basically……

“The room was dirty. There was a previous guest dirty underwear, the bathroom mirrors weren't clean, there was stuff on the floor. I contacted the person and they sent a caretaker and her attitude was negative. The bed sheet stained. Not a clean facility.”
