「Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.」

「My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day」

「The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are nicely laid out. However, for the price it is not worth it. You cannot get breakfast until 8 am, there is no shuttle service anywhere and no formal parking format. For the price you pay and the "resort fee" you would expect a valet or some sort of structured parking arrangement.」

「Several lights in the room did not work, only 1 bottle of water for 3 guests, valet didn’t lock my car that was sitting out front, had to go to desk to remind, breakfast was just ok, but overpriced.」

「Great location. Close to zoo, arch. Hallway smelled like sewer. Just on second floor. Signs to navigate walking with luggage in parking garage were limited. Air conditioning in room was extra loud. No shower gel in container in shower. Little things that added up to an unexceptional stay. View into parking garage made for a very dark room.」

「Friendly staff」

「The staff was very helpful. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was garbage in the trash, can from the prior people who stayed there and hair in the sink. There was also stains on the carpeting and on the couch in the room, the reduced price on the breakfast is a nice benefit for a downtown hotel, and the in and out privileges with the Quik Park next-door is a nice benefit. One of the elevators was down during our entire stay so that was also disappointing.」
