“Really great stay at Monteverde Lodge. The staff was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It is a wilderness hotel with eco friendly policies and forest trails directly on the property. Breakfast was included and came with an excellent fresh fruit plate, toast and a freshly made marmalade. ”

“We loved the private hot tub, the stocked refrigerator, free wine. Room was beautiful, outdoor and indoor showers! Close to restaurants and shopping. Superbowl party in English. Great restaurant at hotel. Nice buffet breakfast.”

“I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. The hot water in the shower cut off halfway through my shower twice. The most upsetting thing was that we booked this hotel based on the fact it……
