The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to...

"This hotel fully met my expectations. I mainly needed: 1. Close to activity meeting points – only an 8–9 minute walk. 2. Cooking facilities – the kitchen has a wok and cooking pot, great for simple meals. 3. Clean and tidy – the apartment was clean and tidy. Perfect stay! Also, guests who plan to cook in the apartment are recommended to bring cooking oil, salt and basic seasonings."
