「Siisti, mukava ja tilavat Suite huoneet. Ainoaina miinuksina ettei Spa ollut vielä valmis, sekä aamiainen oli melko kevyt. Iso kuntosali ja keskusta kävelyetäisyydellä. 」

「The wifi instructions were not handy I had to bother my host at a very late hour upon arriving. The wifi you had to go find the wifi and the find the code on it. Would have been nice to have the code on a welcome note. Also the TV Did not work there was no cable box or anything to connect to. If we were expected to use the tv as is it wasn’t very good at all. 」

「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「Let's start with the disappointments: We received an email a few days before the trip saying we shall take bus 42 and getting off from "Seminarbakken", however there's NO such stop, we waited and waited till we missed our stop and got to take another bus to go back to "Skippergata", which is the closest bus stop from the apartment. The management also told us they will keep us posted if we were able to check-in earlier, but there was no update at all... We stayed for 2 nights, on the second...
